common test is finally over!! so happy.. but din get to rest alot tis few days.. haiz..

juz went to service my zen micro.. got some prob wif it for a mth already..

the earphone jack came loose.. so d sound will turn out distorted whenever something touches d earphone plug or when i hold it in some position (gravity pull sia).. got rather irritated by it..

upon reaching d familar creative hq where i camped there for a day if anyone recalls.. we went in to customer service centre.. a few mins later its my turn liaoz.. showed d guy my player and whoose.. qt unexpectedly..

they r gg to change my zen micro for a new set!! so happy..

i tot they r juz gg to service my Zen manz.. cos d guy said he is gg in to see if there are any stock left.. i tot he is refering to d parts needed for servicing.. hahas.. end up he meant dat he is gg to see if there are any silver colour zen left sia..

but... end up there are only 5 colours left for me to choose fr sia.. oh manz.. did nt really like those colours dat the customer service guy offered me..

red, orange, sky blue, pink and purple.. haiz.. din really lyk bright colours..

i expressed my hesitation to d guy and he told me i can wait for d next shipment of zen micro... but he haf no idea when it will arrive.. further more.. i got to place my set there till d new shipment come and i haf to go down to jurong to collect it again.. so sianz..

end up choosing a new orange zen micro.. hahax.. at least i got a new set.. yeaz..

d customer service there is qt gd.. left me wif a gd impression.. but nt for d product though.. wonder how long my new zen will last.. hope its life span is longer den d old 1..

fr now on, i dun haf to keep adjusting d earphone plug while listening to my mp3 player anymore!!

tmr is back to sch le.. so sianz.. lects and tutorials again..
