i have offically graduated from ngee ann poly! with merits award! haha. let me hao lian a bit cos next 2 years i will have no achievement to brag about. Finally stepped into sch after a really long time. kind of misses it actually, will not be returning there anymore.
Anyway, i was late on monday becos the buses and taxi just wouldnt appear. waited for more than 20mins before a pathatic 52 came. I thought i would be whizzing off to school but unexpectedly, thomas road got traffic jam and it jams all the way to lornie road. sian. Finally reached the sch at 9.10. Put on my glown and ran in to the lecture hall. It was fun catching up with everyone i know in school. It has been 10 months since we entered the workforce. If i remember correctly, this is the first official school event that I return to school for since internship and it will be the last too. sad.

and so poly life has officially ended. Cant wait for University! but i have a feeling that i will lose all momentum 2 years later, studying will then be a chore. sigh.
There have been many ups and down in the past 4 years. While practically everyone enters the 1st 3 mths in jc, i was working at ntuc as a promoter. sigh. Some good friend of mine then told everyone that i am at NTU.. club or something like that. kns. haha.
When i finally enters jc, i dislike the culture, some of the people there and my grades sux big time. Their PE are dreading. 400 push ups and 10 rounds of the track is enuf to kill me. Then there are the horrible food at the canteen. Nothing is edible there... Chicken cutlets as hard as rocks; cant be chewed. I think my JC is so much better a place to study now than my time. When i finally decided to pull the plug and quit, i went up to the principal with my mother and told the principal of my decision. I could see the disappointment in my mum. I felt so guilty then.. Before the principal sign the withdrawal form, he asked me tons of qns about why i wanted to quit and to assure himself that i could cope in polytechnic, an extremely different education system. more freedom, more hands on. He told me something that i will always remember before i left his office. while i was exiting his office, he held me back and told me that no matter what others says, i should follow my heart and believe in myself that i am doing the correct thing.
What doesnt kill makes one stronger. I used to think that the year spent at jc was a total waste of time but i guess that is what make me who i am today. I have learnt a lot in the time at jc. dealing with nasty people, running like crazy for PE, mugging for exams... I believe if i did not enter jc, i would never have attained a merit award in poly.
The 6 mths of break between jc and poly was seriously horrendous! it was the same thing at home over and over again. Think i got into a state of extreme depression during that time. hahah. it was simply internet, sleep and ch U that got me over that 6 months. how horrible was that. everyone else was busy studying for their prelim..
Everyone thought i was a crazy fool to drop out from jc. hahs. but i am glad i did.
It will be another start tmr with the end of my cilivian life, shipped to an not so ulu island populated with botaks for metally and physically torturous training. hahah. how exciting. I hope i can survive with my medical condition....
its time to say bye bye to everyone. sigh. at least for the next 2 weeks. after which u can see cj without hairs, and grumpier than ever before plus super bad mood i guess. and pls dun laugh too loudly when i meet any of u. 2 weeks will pass very fast, i am looking forward to transformer on the 30th june, when i am slated for release.
